The illustrated information ranges from naming information, special features for attracting pollinators to medical use. In addition, specialist information such as distinguishing features, flowering time, hazard and protection status in Switzerland are given.
Determine plant species with the Flora Helvetica App
If you want to learn more about the flora in the Saas Valley, the Flora Helvetica App is for you. The app provides access to species portraits, including images and distribution maps of over 3,000 plants growing in Switzerland, and also enables the identification of plants. Furthermore own observations including exact location can be stored and reported to the national data and information centre Info Flora.
